Return Eligibility
- Used Products: Eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date.
- New Products: Eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must meet all the conditions listed below.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, cables, tags, and components must be included.
- Products must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories may be partially refunded or rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that show signs of physical damage, excessive wear, misuse, or tampering.
- Items returned outside the applicable return period.
- Products returned without sufficient packaging or protection during transit.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Based on the condition of the returned product, FZ Bargains reserves the right to:
- Approve a full refund
- Issue a partial refund
- Decline the return and refund entirely
Refund decisions are final and are made after careful evaluation of the returned item’s condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as evidence. Returns or claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
